Great Ohio River Swim

Since you already registered and paid for the swim, all you have to do to participate is send us a reply message (dcoates@ohioriverway.org) to let us know you plan to swim on the 27th. "Great Ohio River Swim" embroidered hats will be given to all prior registrants at the swim who RSVP by e-mail by July 19.

If you confirm your participation in the swim after July 19th (by sending a confirming email to dcoates@ohioriverway.org), you will be registered, but we cannot assure that we will have a hat for you.

If you cannot confirm your participation bye-mail before July 27, you can still join the swim by completing yourregistration on site on the morning of July 27 (7-8 a.m.). Once again we cannot assure that will have an embroidered hat for you.

If you would rather have us send you a refund in full for the registration you already paid, just let us know by reply e-mail (dcoates@ohioriverway.org) and we will send you a check within 5 days. Please be sure to include your full name and mailing address.

On site check-in will begin on Sunday, July 27 at 7:00 a.m. at the lower level of the Serpentine Wall and will close at 8:00 am. The swim will begin at 8:30 a.m. There will be FREE parking on the Public Landing. The swim will be open to the general public. People who did not already register can register on site on Sunday, July 27 from 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.

We are grateful to Jonathan Grinder and the organizers of the One World Triathlon for producing the Great Ohio River Swim for us. Once again, the Ohio will be closed to barge and power boat traffic. The swim will be timed. Awards will be given to the winners by class.

Thanks again for your patience and willingness to "go with the flow"! We look forward to seeing you on the 27th!
